Fired when a page action icon is clicked. This event will not fire if the page action has a popup.

This API is also available as browser.pageAction.onClicked.*.
Events have three functions:
addListener(callback)- Adds a listener to this event.
removeListener(listener)- Stop listening to this event. The
listenerargument is the listener to remove. hasListener(listener)- Checks whether a
listeneris registered for this event. Returnstrueif it is listening,falseotherwise.

tabs.Tabobject representing the tab whose page action was clicked.
