This API is also available as browser.pageAction.getPopup() in a version that returns a promise.

tabIdinteger. ID of the tab whose popup you want to get.
callbackfunction. The function is passed the following arguments:-

- The 'tabId' parameter is ignored: the page action popup is the same for all tabs.
