Returns information about the current platform.
Syntax
chrome.runtime.getPlatformInfo(
function(platformInfo) {...} // function
)
This API is also available as browser.runtime.getPlatformInfo() in a version that returns a promise.
Parameters
callbackfunction. The function is passed the following arguments:-
platformInfo- A
runtime.PlatformInfovalue representing the current platform.
