Gets the browser action's badge text.
Syntax
chrome.browserAction.getBadgeText(

function(result) {...} // function
)
This API is also available as browser.browserAction.getBadgeText() in a version that returns a promise.
Parameters
detailsobject.-
tabIdOptionalinteger. Specifies the tab to get the badge text from. If no tab is specified, the non-tab-specific badge text is returned.
callbackfunction. The function is passed the following arguments:-
resultstring. The badge text.
