Converts a relative path within an add-on's install directory to a fully-qualified URL.
Syntax
chrome.extension.getURL( path // string )
This API is also available as browser.extension.getURL().
Parameters
pathstring. A path to a resource within an add-on expressed relative to its install directory.
Return value
string. The fully-qualified URL to the resource.
