Description
JS_updateMallocCounter decrements malloc counter of GC and the zone of the context.
Malloc counter measures memory pressure for GC scheduling. It runs from maxMallocBytes down to zero. maxMallocBytes is initialized with maxbytes parameter of JS_NewRuntime, and could be configured later by calling JS_GetGCParameter with JSGC_MAX_MALLOC_BYTES.
