PeriodicSyncManager

This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.

The PeriodicSyncManager interface of the the ServiceWorker API provides an interface for registering and retrieving PeriodicSyncRegistration objects.

Note: This feature is available in Web Workers.

Properties

PeriodicSyncManager.minPossiblePeriod Read only: Indicates in milliseconds the minimum time between PeriodicSyncEvents events.

Methods

PeriodicSyncManager.register: Returns a Promise that resolves to a PeriodicSyncRegistration instance.
PeriodicSyncManager.getRegistration: Returns a Promise that resolves to the PeriodicSyncRegistration instance with the given id.
PeriodicSyncManager.getRegistrations: Returns a Promise that resolves to an array of all existing PeriodicSyncRegistration instances.
PeriodicSyncManager.permissionState: Returns a Promise that resolves to "default", "denied", or "granted".
