Summary
The delete
method is used to delete a given message.
Syntax
var request = navigator.mozMobileMessage.delete(message);
Parameters
message
- The
id
or an array of id of the messages to delete or the message itself as aMozSmsMessage
orMozMmsMessage
object or an array of these objects.
Return
A DOMRequest
to handle the success
or error
of the operation. In case of success, the request's result
is a boolean indicating if the message has been deleted (true
) or not (false
).
Specifications
This is a non-standard implementation, but it is discussed at W3C as part of the System Application Working Group.
