CameraControl.focusDistanceFar

This API is available on Firefox OS for privileged or certified applications only.

Summary

The focusDistanceFar property value is a distance in meters used with CameraControl.focusDistanceNear to define the image's depth of field. The value for this property may be Infinity.

Syntax

var max = instanceOfCameraControl.focusDistanceFar

Value

Return a number representing a distance in meters. The value for this property may be Infinity.

  camera: navigator.mozCameras.getListOfCameras()[0]
};
 
function onSuccess( camera ) {
  var max = camera.focusDistanceFar,
      min = camera.focusDistanceNear;

Specification

Not part of any specification; however, this API should be removed when the WebRTC Capture and Stream API has been implemented.
