The Animation.effect property of the Web Animations API gets and sets the target effect of an animation. The target effect may be either a KeyframeEffect object or null.

Syntax

// Get an Animation object's target effect
var effect = animation.effect;

// Set an Animation's target effect
animation.effect = new KeyframeEffect({ opacity: [ 1, 0 ] }, 300);

A KeyframeEffect object or null.
