onTransportAvailable()
Called when an HTTP protocol upgrade attempt is completed, passing in the information needed by the protocol handler to take over the channel that is no longer being used by HTTP.
Note: To begin a protocol upgrade, call
nsIHttpChannelInternal.HTTPUpgrade()
