<p>The <em>HTML Quote Element</em> (<strong>&lt;q&gt;</strong>) indicates that the enclosed text is a short inline quotation. This element is intended for short quotations that don't require paragraph breaks; for long quotations use {{HTMLElement("blockquote")}} element.</p>
