<p>The <code>SVGNumber</code> interface correspond to the <a href="/en/SVG/Content_type#Number" title="https://developer.mozilla.org/en/SVG/Content_type#Number">&lt;number&gt;</a> basic data type.</p>
<p>An <code>SVGNumber</code> object can be designated as read only, which means that attempts to modify the object will result in an exception being thrown.</p>
