This is an experimental technology
Because this technology's specification has not stabilized, check the compatibility table for the proper prefixes to use in various browsers. Also note that the syntax and behavior of an experimental technology is subject to change in future versions of browsers as the spec changes.
The Range.comparePoint()

, 0

If the reference node is a Node

, then offset is the number of characters from the start of reference node. For other Node
types, offset is the number of child nodes between the start of the reference node.

Parameters
- referenceNode
- The
Node

. - offset
- An integer greater than or equal to zero representing the offset inside the referenceNode.
