The tel
property is a list of all the possible phone numbers for the contact.
Syntax
var phone = instanceOfMozContact.tel
Value
Return an Array of TelField objects.
TelField
Those objects are regular JavaScript objects, each representing a phone number with the following properties:
type
- An Array of strings representing the type for that phone number (e.g., "home", "work").
pref
- A boolean indicating if it is the preferred phone number (
true
) or not (false
). value
- A string representing the phone number itself.
carrier
- A string representing the phone number's carrier.
