<p>The <strong><code>HTMLParamElement</code></strong> interface provides special properties (beyond those of the regular {{domxref("HTMLElement")}} object interface it inherits) for manipulating {{HTMLElement("param")}} elements, representing a pair of a key and a value that acts as a parameter for an {{HTMLElement("object")}} element.</p>
