Non-standard
This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.

Summary

The marker-offset CSS property describes the distance between the nearest border edges of a marker-box and the target node.

Usually the marker-box is a ::before or ::after pseudo-element set to display: marker;.

This property was proposed in CSS 2, but abandoned in CSS 2 (Revision 1) and never implemented. It is considered as non-standard.
