Revert slice example

The commented output from the example was showing the incorrect output.

Splice is closer to slice than call or bind

Fix Parameters header to be <h3> not <h2>

Add "Return value" section as per Bug 1287421

Revert to revision of 2016-06-16 05:31:08 by DmitryKorlas: "The next revision changes the language to German, even though this is the en-US version."
