<p>The <strong><code>RTCIdentityAssertion</code></strong>&nbsp;interface of the the <a href="/en-US/docs/Web/API/WebRTC_API">WebRTC API</a>&nbsp;represents the identity of the a remote peer of the current connection. If no peer has yet been set and verified this interface returns <code>null</code>. Once set it can't be changed.</p>
