<p>The <strong><code>IDBFactory</code></strong> interface of the <a href="/en-US/docs/IndexedDB">IndexedDB API</a> lets applications asynchronously access the indexed databases. The object that implements the interface is <code>window.indexedDB</code>. You open — that is, create and access — and delete a database with this object, and not directly with <code>IDBFactory</code>.</p>
