The HTML <data>
Element links a given content with a machine-readable translation. If the content is time- or date-related, the {{HTMLElement("time")}} must be used.
This element is in the WHATWG version of HTML, and not in the W3C draft of HTML5. That means it is a highly experimental feature, and shouldn't be used on production Web sites.
