<p>The <strong><code>HTMLQuoteElement</code></strong> interface provides special properties and methods (beyond the regular {{domxref("HTMLElement")}} interface it also has available to it by inheritance) for manipulating quoting elements, like {{HTMLElement("blockquote")}} and {{HTMLElement("q")}}, but not the {{HTMLElement("cite")}} element.</p>
